A binding sales contract is formed only when Miss Métier dispatches your order and issues a Shipping Confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline, adjust, or cancel any order prior to dispatch due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, system glitches, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such events, a full refund will be issued immediately.

2. Intellectual Property
