Returns Policy

Returns

Should you wish to return a full price item, it must be sent back within 14 days of delivery for Australian orders. International returns are available within 21 days of delivery. 

Sale items are non-refundable. Please choose carefully.         

At Miss Métier, we understand your purchase may not be suitable and you may wish to return your purchase. Subject to the Conditions and Exceptions below, if you change your mind about a purchase, Miss Métier agrees as follows:

If within 14 days from the date of delivery you change your mind about:

  • Full price: Miss Métier agrees to offer you a refund (excluding delivery charges). Refunds will be processed using the original payment type. Online returns for change of mind will be at the customer’s expense.
  • Goods purchased on sale or during a temporary promotion on full price items online: Miss Métier agrees to offer you an online voucher to the value of the purchase (excluding delivery charges). Online vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Online returns for change of mind will be at the customer’s expense.
  • Further discount on Sale items: All sale items purchased with a further discount on the already market down price (e.g. take a further 15% off sale items) are considered final sale and will not be eligible for return, exchange or online voucher, unless deemed faulty.

Conditions

Goods can be returned subject to the following conditions:

  • Goods must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached).
  • All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.

Please note

  • Goods being returned for change of mine must be in their original condition.
  • Once your return has been processed you will receive an email notification. It can take up to five business days to process returns once received by us.
  • Miss Métier does not accept any liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended customers purchase additional tracking services.
  • To exchange an item for a different size or colour, or if you want a different item, please return your original item to receive a refund or credit (as applicable). You can then place a new order for the new item.
  • Returns for change of mind will be at the customer’s expense.
  • Gift Card(s) are not returnable.
  • All refunds will be made in AUD. Please be aware any affects on foreign currency are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Miss Métier. 
  • If you have purchased an item from a Miss Métier stockist, you will need to contact them directly.

Miss Métier will assess the goods to determine whether they meet the above Conditions for return. Miss Métier reserves the right not to approve a return request if the Goods being returned do not meet the above Conditions. For full terms and conditions please visit www.missmetier.com

Exchanges 

Miss Métier no longer offers direct exchanges. All returned items will be refunded as per our Returns conditions. If you would like to change an item for a different size or colour, you will need to place a new order. Our products are made in limited numbers. If you wish to secure another size or colour, it is recommended you place your new purchase prior to receiving your refund to ensure you don't miss out. 

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes 

Miss Métier does not accept any responsibility for import duties and taxes of your country. Customs, Import Duties and Taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
