For Domestic (Australia) Orders 

$10 Standard shipping <1kg (1-5 business days)

$20 Standard shipping >1kg (1-5 business days)

Free Shipping is available for orders over $200 and within Australia (Standard Shipping only)

For International (EU & Rest of World) Orders

$45 Standard shipping under 1.5kg (Up to 15 business days)

$55 Standard shipping over 1.5kg (Up to 15 business days)

Customs, Taxes & Import Duties (EU & Rest of World)

Please note international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

• EU & Rest of World Customers: Orders delivered to European Union member countries may be subject to local import duties, Customs Handling Fees, and Value Added Tax (VAT) imposed by your local customs authority upon arrival.

• Refused Shipments: If an order is refused at customs due to unpaid duties/taxes and returned to Miss Métier, the return freight cost and customs handling charges will be deducted from your final refund.

Am I able to track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain the tracking number.

If I’m not home to receive my parcel, where will it be left?

Orders require a signature upon delivery, if you are not home at the time, the parcel will be redelivered at a later date. Alternatively it will be taken to nearest newsagent, convenience store or independent supermarket whereby it can be collected by you.
